♛ RENTAL PRICES ♛

Tables are 45L/week for 50LI [Max 5 per person per sim]
Stalls around table area @ Epic 1 are 80L/week for 70LI [Max 3 per person per sim]
Med Shops are 235L/week for 180LI

Lg Shops are 900L/week for 750LI
Sml Creator Shops are 120L/week for 100LI

We have many more combinations to suit you, tell us what you want to pay and we will set you up!

♛ You agree to these Terms ♛

✿1 Gacha items are permitted to be sold here. They must not be in a random gacha machine.

Specific designer/creator stores are available for selling either copiable items OR transferable gifting items.

Creations using your own mesh or templates are both permitted in these stores only. Please display these tastefully and mark permissions clearly.

GACHA ONLY to be sold in the regular stores/tables.

You can NOT share tables, stalls or shops.

Gacha Machines in any form are not permitted in Second Life as per Linden Labs Policy effective 1st Sept 2021. These will be returned without notice. Mei Pon, Next up etc Machines are legal and you may place these inside your stores.

There is a supply store located in the Office with a Welcome Kit. If you miss out on the automatic delivery of this please go to the office and wear your Epic Gacha tag to collect one.

✿2 Oversize areas There is a dedicated area for large items. Keep the larger items eg: houses to the back. Please dont put large items on an angle, this takes valuable room another could be using.

If an object is deemed too small for the oversize area you will be receive a notice to remove it, if you do not comply it will be returned.

There is no limit on number of items you can place in the oversize area, these will count toward your total prim count.

Be considerate of other tenants.

You are not to "set up shop" in the oversize areas. ie: not take control of an area in the oversize and set a stage or display.

✿3 Tables at the landing point and in the Strawberry Fields Table area MUST keep to the 1m height maximum. There is a measure in the supply store as well as in the welcome pack. Keep your items placed ON or UNDER your table, keeping traffic areas clear. Any items placed in traffic areas will be returned. Keep any "glow" on decor objects to .03 or less.

Do not cover your rental meter.

✿4 Potential customers expect to see items for sale, therefore any abandoned/sold out/empty tables for 48 hours will have their rental terminated and re-listed for new lease without a refund.

Keep your displays fresh and topped up.Please keep them FULL.

No longer using the table covers. If you rent a table keep it filled please.

✿5 Please check your prim count frequently and keep it witin your allowance.

Your prim count can be checked via the bollards (light posts) about the sim or by using the menu on your rental meter. [The Land Impact button will tell you your total as well as the amount you had rezzed at last automated reading. To check your LIVE count, use the Update Prims Button]

We also have a wearable HUD which will count your total LI on the sim. Available to group members in the Office.

✿6 We will not be able to refund time paid. Please choose your time wisely.

We reserve the right to terminate a tenancy at any point it is deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the market.

If YOU decide to move rental location please contact Jewel to discuss refunds etc. All rental transactions are final.

✿7 Keep an eye on your time. The general overdue time is set to 24 hours.

If you are having difficulty logging into Secondlife you can email staff at jewelnova@outlook.com.au and discuss any issues regarding late payment.

✿8 Please BOX all object which emanate sounds.

Highly scripted animated or animesh objects should also be boxed.

These will be returned without warning.

✿9 Landmarks are allowed. You may set Landmarks to personal yardsales, multi renter yardsales or your main store.

You may not use your rental as an advertising board or a redirection only. Your rental will be terminated.

You have 48 hours to fill your rental.

Please keep landmark givers less than .5m x .5m.

✿10 Marketplace links are not allowed.

✿11 Most importantly, be kind to one another and have fun!

You should address your neighbouring tenants with respect and class.

You should show respect to the owners and management as well.

If, as the owner of Epic Gacha Market, I feel you have disrespected me, my managers or group moderators or any other tenants, or cause harassment in any form, I have the right to evict and/or ban you from Epic sims.

♛ SHOPS ♛

You are welcome to use the sidewalk. Please keep it minimal, neat and presentable.

Please pass Jewel a full perm logo to be used on the sign of your shop asap.

Shop signs/letters/marquees are to be no bigger than 2m x 2m.

Do not cover your rental meter.

You may be able to rent extra prims, please ask staff.
