At Epic Gacha Market we offer units of many types and sizes to meet your needs.

Please visit the "Find a Rental" page to see today's available listings.

Once you find your ideal unit, please visit the supply store located in the Office to take the Welcome Kit for our resellers.

Simply wear your Epic Gacha tag and touch the sign on the front of the desk to collect one.

♛ You agree to these Terms ♛

✿1 ONLY Gacha items are permitted to be sold here, we are a gacha resale market.

• You may NOT share table, stall or shop spaces.

• Random gacha machines are welcome to augment your sales space, but should not be the entirety of your stock.

• At this time we do not allow the sale of self-made items.

✿2 Oversize Area is a dedicated space for large items, those too large to fit into, ot atop, your rented space.

• If you have rezzed an item in the "OA" that will fit your rented space, you will receive a request to remove it.

If you do not comply, then it will be returned.

• Place larger items, eg. houses, toward the rear. Please don't put large items on an angle,

this takes valuable space that another could be using.

• Oversize items will count toward your total prim count.

• Be considerate of other tenants.

✿3 Tables at the landing point and in Strawberry Fields MUST keep to the 1.5m height maximum.

• Keep your items placed ON or UNDER your table, keeping traffic areas clear.

• Keep any "glow" on decor objects to .03 or less.

• Do not cover your rental meter.

✿4 Potential customers expect to see items for sale.

• Any abandoned/sold out/empty tables for 24 hours will have their rentals terminated

and re-listed for new lease without a refund.

• Keep your displays fresh and topped up. Please keep them FULL.

✿5 Prim count should be checked frequently and kept within your allowance.

• You can check your current prims: via the bollards (light posts) about the sim

or by using the menu on your rental meter. [The Land Impact button will tell you your total

as well as the amount you had rezzed at last automated reading. To check your LIVE count,

use the Update Prims Button]

• There is also a Land Impact scanning HUD available to group members in the market's Welcome Kit.

✿6 We will not be able to refund time paid. Please choose your time wisely.

• If you would would like to upgrade your rental, please contact us for help to facilitate your move.

• We reserve the right to terminate a tenancy if at any point it is deemed necessary

for the smooth operation of the market.

✿7 Keep an eye on your time. The general overdue time is set to 48 hours.

• If you are having difficulty logging into Second life you can email staff

at jewelnova@outlook.com.au to discuss any issues regarding late payment.

✿8 Please BOX all object which emanate sounds.

• Highly scripted animated or animesh objects should also be boxed.

• Absolutely NO:

Other scripted objects such as landmark givers that work on avatar distance.

• These will be returned without warning.

✿9 Landmarks are allowed directly to your sale location outside our market. Not to other Reseller Markets.

• You may not use your rental as an advertising board or a redirection only. Your rental will be terminated.

• Please keep landmark givers less than .5m x .5m.

✿10 Marketplace links are not allowed.

✿11 Most importantly, be kind to one another and have fun!

• You should address your neighbouring tenants with respect and class.

• You should show respect to the owners and management as well.

• If, as the owner of Epic Gacha Market, I feel you have been disrespectful to me,

my managers, group moderators or any other tenants, or cause harassment in any form,

I have the right to evict and/or ban you from the Epic Gacha Market estate.

♛ SHOPS ♛

You are welcome to use the sidewalk. Please keep it minimal, neat and presentable.

Please pass Jewel a full perm logo to be used on the sign of your shop asap.

Shop signs/letters/marquees are to be no larger than 2m x 2m.

Do not cover your rental meter.

You may be able to rent extra prims, please ask staff.

We will advertise through many & various means to bring the shoppers to the market.

We will provide support, teach patiently if required and will answer your queries as soon as is physically able.

We will show consideration and go that little bit extra to make you comfortable here at Epic.
